Aylesha supports GRT Lawyers with effective administrative leadership in her role as Head of Office Operations and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the firm, human resources, marketing and events and direct management of the Administration team.

Aylesha is an administration professional who comes to GRT Lawyers with over 19 years of experience in office management, senior administration, project and event management and human resource roles.

She has a track record of strong performance in high-volume, high-pressure environments. Her robust experience and professionalism ensures the smooth functioning of the firm. She is skilled in operational efficiencies, with proficiency in reviewing and implementing systems, policies and procedures to support business functions. Her well-orchestrated processes deliver impactful results. She maintains a big picture philosophy with a focus on the goals and critical eye on the details.

Aylesha has a passion for people and culture and works to build strong relationships at all levels of the business, connecting with staff to embed the purpose and core values of GRT Lawyers and the GRT Foundation. She believes in creating value through people and working with passion and understanding to offer support and a relationship that maximises both business and individual performance.

Her career history encompasses multi-faceted roles giving her exposure to the specialty fields of Human Resources, Marketing and Event Management. Roles have included:

  • Human resources, including recruitment, performance management, staffing, new employee onboarding, employee benefits, payroll and training and development.
  • Marketing – Several of her roles have involved the development and implementation of marketing and business development strategies.
  • Background in planning internal and external events from conception through to execution, displaying qualities of a successful event planner: thorough yet precise, expert knowledge, ingenuity in identifying and solving problems and clear, concise communication.
